I swear at age 38 I am done having babies.  Yet, I have to admit that whenever I photograph expecting moms and babies it gives me just a "slight" urge to have another.  Thank goodness it manages to pass quickly! 

I had three women call this week alone for maternity/newborn shoots.  It would appear that I am going to have a busy "newborn, belly" year.  And it is totally fine with me as I really enjoy them.  Especially when I get to photograph the maternity session and turn around a few weeks later and photograph their amazing newborn.  What a priviledge.

Here is a newborn I recently photographed.  I am still proofing the session but I promise Leah I am working as fast as I can. 

Meet Quinn Charlotte.  I love that name.  And although she really would have preferred not to be woken, she was a trouper.  Only 7 days old here.  Oh and the sleeping one is at the end of the session.  When she finally fell asleep.

And with Dad.  What a cool tatoo!  Loved it and the fact that she has such big eyes.  She could lift her neck which just amazed me as she was only 7 days old.

And beautiful maternities.  Love this first shot.  We took these this past Tuesday and Nicole had her baby today.  A scheduled c-section this morning.  I am waiting to hear what she had.  This beautiful lady already has two beautiful girls and they are already on my website.  I can’t wait to photograph her new little one!
